    The Maamora forest

Hello friends. I will be very happy to recieve your comments on my humble essay. After all,
my purpose is to learn. This is my essay: _

Maamora forest, which is located to the North East of Kenitra, extends over a large area and consists of mainly of corck-oak trees. For me, I will talk about the problems that face the forest and try to give some solutions.
It is apparent that Maamora suffers from two major problems; namely, climatic change and overexploitation. On the one hand, climatic change influences on the forest in many ways. For instance, many areas are dry and many trees die out due to scarcity of rain as well as grass and bushes which keep humidity.
On the other hand, overexploitation can be seen, for example, in shepherds and farmers who keep their animals in the forest all the year around. This is called overgrazing. In addition, many trees are cut down illegally because the government doe but little to save Maamora. To illustrate, few forest guards watch over the forest. What makes it worse, many of them are corrupt. Furthermore, trees are made into coals because many families live by selling coals. Consequently, many trees are to cut for coal trade.
In short, Maamora is in a predicament. What people have to do is to exert themselves in order to save our beloved forest. For instance, they can plant trees and teach their children to respect the forest. Again, the government ought to interfere to stop the destruction of Maamora.
