He turned his television off, fled the hustle and bustle of city life and headed for the desert. He took his family, and what they need to live safely. They found in the moon a companion, and in the roosters’ crowing and the sheep’s bleating a solace. Then a passing snake bit his daughter, sand dunes swallowed his son and his wife, overcome by grief over the demise of her two children, also died.
He returned to his city home alone switching between news channels.0
